Urgent Visa Applications
If your existing visa expires in less than a month, this needs an urgent application. We may not be able to assist and if we are able to assist, urgent applications will incur an additional charge of 50% of the listed fee.

Other Immigration Services
We can also provide the following services at an affordable rate:
- PPI letter help - A PPI letter needs to be treated seriously because your application may be declined if your response is not satisfactory enough. We can analysis your PPI letter and help you draft up a response to Immigration;
- Immigration Protection Tribunal appeal - If your residence visa is declined, you have right to appeal to the Immigration Protection Tribunal. They can either return your declined application to Immigration for re-assessment, or pass your case for Ministerial Consideration. It is in your best interest to engage a professional rather than to self-represent. Talk to us if in doubt;
- Application re-consideration - if your temporary residence visa is declined, you have the right to apply for a re-consideration to Immigration within 42 days of receiving your decision. Talk to us to see if we can turn it around for you;
- Application evidence checker - we understand that people don’t want to engage an immigration professional due to financial constraints, but they would still like someone to go over their application and give them some ideas to make it better or more convincing. We can go over your evidence and provide advice regarding the likely concerns that Immigration NZ will raise and what evidence you can prepare in response to that;
- Character waiver and medical waiver submissions - Immigration can decline your application if any of the applicants have an unacceptable health or character. To get a waiver you would need to logically reason with Immigration. We can help with that;
- Overstaying - being unlawful in NZ either intentionally or unintentionally has a great impact on the outcome of any of your current or future visa applications. We can help you find the best options and solutions if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation;
