2. Immigration Protection Tribunal appeal - If your residence visa is declined, you have right to appeal to the Immigration Protection Tribunal. They can either return your declined application to Immigration for re-assessment, or pass your case for Ministerial Consideration. It is in your best interest to engage a professional rather than to self-represent. Talk to us if in doubt;
3. Application re-consideration - if your temporary residence visa is declined, you have the right to apply for a re-consideration to Immigration within 42 days of receiving your decision. Talk to us to see if we can turn it around for you;
